I believe it was <a href="http://www.cassiethevenomous.com/>Cassie the Venomous</a>, who as I understand it is basically the most knowledgeable and involved MCR fan in the world. (By whic I mean the thing called, I think, affirmative fandom, and not the thing which is I think called transformative fandom.) Only now I can't find the post, so maybe I totally imagined it.
