DAMNIT my internet is only marginally better-behaved than it was last night and it just ATE MY COMMENT. What was I saying? I think I was basically just like YES I AGREE. Also that it had always bothered me in the musical that the foreman was clearly a creeper and yet Valjean was just calmly like "welp off I go, I trust you to deal with everything fairly!"
