I felt decidedly mixed about this one as well. I chalked most of it up to Lu being constrained by the facts of history - we do know how Nannerl's life continued, and perhaps she felt she could not depart from those facts. Still, it was disappointing that there didn't end up being some sort of counterpoint narrative!
