Peter Darling, by Austin Chant

This book was sold to me as Peter Pan BUT TRANS which like.....is almost the right kind of premise to get me on board. I'm here for Classic Children's Literature BUT TRANS, except that the Peter Pan story in particular is one that has never spoken to me or really appealed to me at all. But I gave it a try regardless, and ended up enjoying myself enough to be glad I read it, even if I didn't love it.

Anyway, I don't have a lot else to say about it; if Trans Peter Pan (also: Peter Pan/Captain Hook slash) sounds fun to you then go for it because it is a book that definitely commits to what it's doing, and I think would be really successful for people who like Peter Pan more than I do.
